The Presentations and the Models, Methods, Roadmap and Framework and its associated tools is Intellectual Capital developed by Value Team ApS and limitations apply to the reuse of this Intellectual Capital. Intellectual Capital consists of information, knowledge, objects, experience, wisdom and/or ideas that are structured to enable reuse to deliver value planning, creation and realization. Value Team ApS provides open access to the Models, Methods, Roadmap and Framework deliverables for all who have been at a Value Team ApS course, seminar and/or event, to encourage sharing and reuse of information, increase knowledge, and ultimately improve your engagements.
With this level of increased access comes an equally increased level of personal responsibility for all of us. Value Team ApS' Intellectual Capital is valuable proprietary information, yet often it is not recognized as such, and given away or made available for others that should not use this Intellectual Capital without prior training and/or written permission from Value Team ApS.
The companies who has access are, and should, be paying for the Value Team ApS deliverables, even though individual persons get selected material through courses, seminars and events, or other engagement activities. Company access to any of the content provided by Value Team ApS has to be compensated for. As a result, our Models, Methods, Roadmap and Framework and other Intellectual Capital:
- 1. Can be used free of charge for lecturing and research at any University/Business School
2. Can be used privately free of charge (in a non-commercial way only) by individual persons who have attended our courses, seminars and events as part of their engagement efforts
3. Cannot be generally distributed to colleagues, clients and/or an undefined audience without explicit written permission from Value Team ApS
4. Cannot be systematically "given away" – do not download all our content and simply hand it over to other colleagues or clients
5. Cannot be shared or used by companies that have not paid– even if they are working with Value Team ApS
6. Cannot be altered or changed in any way without explicit written permission from Value Team ApS
